One-third of council up for election. No elections this year in Bardney, Cherry Willingham, Dunholme, Fiskerton, Hemswell, Market Rasen, Nettleham, Scampton, Stow, Sudbrooke, Thonock, Waddingham and Spital or Wold View. One Independent councillor was elected unopposd.
