One-third of council up for election. No elections this year in Bramley and Sherfield, Kingsclere, Pamber and Silchester, Rooksdown, Sherborne St John, Tadley Central, Tadley South or Upton Grey and The Candovers. The election in Baughurst and Tadley North this year was a by-election.
