One-third of council up for election. No elections this year in Boarhunt and Southwick, Droxford, Soberton and Hambledon, Kings Worthy, Olivers Battery and Badger Farm, Shedfield or Sparsholt. The election in Cheriton and Bishops Sutton this year was a by-election.
