Cherwell
One-third of council up for election. No elections this year in Ambrosden and Chesterton, The Astons and Heyfords, Cropredy, Deddington, Fringford, Hook Norton, Kidlington North, Kirtlington, Otmoor, Sibford or Wroxton. One Conservative councillor was elected unopposed.
